Prior to this year, the furthest I had ever run at any one time was 8 miles.  My initial goal for this year was to complete just 1 half marathon.  And here I am with 5 under my belt, along with several other shorter races and I’m signed up for my first full marathon in the spring.  Here’s what I’ve done this year:

  1. Congrats! One of my resolutions was to do yoga once per week. I don’t think I did it every week, but I definitely did it more than I ever have and even started to like it!
